Our Story

Lghthouse is more than just a resilience platform; it’s a mission.

  • Founder

    During the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic, Founder Amber (UK) was busy managing the crisis as part of a team of resilience consultants for a Fortune 500 company. At the same time, her parents, who are owners of a popular, independent inn, were responding to the pandemic. As she watched them navigate a complex landscape of regulations and government support, it struck her that whilst many large corporations have the resources to invest in resilience frameworks and experts to steer them through crises, there’s not much guidance or support for small businesses owners.

    With her resilience expertise and passion for small businesses, Amber created Lghthouse.
